- Contact person for external partners and customers
- Elicitation of requirements together with our customers
- Creation of guidelines and interface documentation
Requirements
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni), comparable education with corresponding background or relevant practice in the IT environment
- Basic IT knowledge – basic programming skills, relational databases
- Process-oriented and analytical way of thinking
- Understanding of commercial processes
- Knowledge of databases and interface technologies
- Very good knowledge of German and English
